We are committed to minimising waste and avoiding overproduction by creating a responsible balance between production and demand. All of our Leather pieces are made to order. We are committed to building enduring and season less products to last a life time.

MADE TO ORDER

All orders are custom made, please allow 14 days for garment to be hand crafted. If you have any concerns tracking your pre ordered style please email hello@ppeached.com

SHIPPING

SHIPPING: via DHL express from CHINA.

TRACKING: supplied 14 days after order placed. A flat rate of $30 AUD will be charged at checkout.

DELIVERY: between 1-2 weeks dependent on country.

TAXES

Order totals do not include taxes or duties. Please note local charges SALES TAX, CUSTOM DUTY may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.

RETURNS

RETURN requests must be emailed within 7 days of delivery. Please contact hello@ppeached.com to authorise your return prior to shipping. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorisation. Returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed in packaging with all original tags attached. Cost of sending back product is at the customers expense. PPEACHED will not be liable for the loss of an item being returned.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A RETURN IF THE MERCHANDISE DOES NOT MEET THE STANDARDS ABOVE.

SALE PRODUCTS and products purchased during a discount period are not eligible for a Refund or Store credit unless deemed faulty and may ONLY be returned for an exchange within 14days.

KINDLY UNDERSTAND WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS ANY CHANGES TO AN ORDER FOLLOWING CHECKOUT. REQUESTS TO AMEND SIZING OR DELIVERY ADDRESS FOLLOWING CHECKOUT WILL NOT BE POSSIBLE.

PLACING AN ORDER & ORDER CONFIRMATION

Please follow the check out instructions to place your order. Once we have received the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation via e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your order. All orders are subject to approval by PPEACHED and we will confirm the order by sending you a Shipment Confirmation via email. Please note that during sales periods it may take up 5 business days to process an order. We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our approval and cancel your order where there has been an obvious error in price or where the products are no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the order quantity on any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or shipment of any order.

CARE GUIDE | LEATHER

For cleaning, simply spot clean the material with a slightly damp cloth or consult a specialised leather dry cleaner. Due to its natural properties, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause colour fading. To safeguard the garment, store it inside a garment bag when not in use. If your piece become wet please let it air dry naturally. Do not place in direct sunlight or in heat.
