Shipping policy

All orders are shipped via trusted express shipping partners.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking details.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Once dispatched, please allow approximately 3–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs or circumstances outside of our control.

TAXES & DUTIES

International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes and customs charges upon arrival in the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the product or shipping price. Any applicable duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

PLACING AN ORDER & ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation via email confirming that we have received your order.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability by PPEACHED. Once your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation with your tracking details.

As many PPEACHED pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities, availability may vary. In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you as soon as possible and arrange a full refund.

PPEACHED reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a pricing error, suspected fraudulent activity or where an item is unavailable. We may also contact you to verify information before accepting or dispatching an order.

MADE TO ORDER

Many PPEACHED pieces are made to order or produced in limited quantities.

For made-to-order pieces, please allow approximately 14 days for your order to be crafted and prepared for dispatch. Any specific lead times will be noted on the individual product page

NATURAL MATERIALS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

Each PPEACHED piece is individually crafted using carefully selected materials.

Due to the natural characteristics of leather, suede, wool and fur, subtle variations in colour, grain, texture and finish may occur from piece to piece. These variations are inherent to natural materials and contribute to the individual character of each garment.

Where leather or suede is dyed, slight variations in colour and finish may also occur between production batches and from the imagery shown online.
